In addition to reading the lessons, there will be opportunities to lead the Psalm at the 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. services as well as the opportunity to read the Prayers of the People at the 8:30 (BCP pages 329-330) and 10:30 a.m. services. Eric about the Bible, theology, or current events in the church. Some weeks will be open for conversation about what is on your mind, questions of faith, the church or St. Paul’s. June 17th during the Shrine Mont parish retreat, the Rev. Jane Sigloh will continue that conversation. If you have specific topics you hope will be covered over the summer, please be in communication with Rev. Eric. (The nursery will be available as well as supervised care on the playground for children age 4-12 during this time each week.)

It was an awesome experience and not unlike a reality TV show—think Extreme Playground Makeovers! It was truly a wonderful afternoon and it was especially nice having Father Eric and his family—Allison, Hill, and Pailet—working alongside us. A photo collage documenting the event is on display in the parish hall.
