Children from age 4 through Kindergarden participate in Godly Play, a Montessori-based religious education program designed by Jerome Berrryman. Godly Play teachers invite children to listen to Bible stories and make their own discoveries about the Christian faith through open-ended questions thta encourage a sense of wonder about God. The Godly Play room is designed to appeal to a child’s senses and encourage interactive play. The curriculum inspires both the adults and the children to ponder Jesus’ writings about the value of our children and their ability ot respond with fresh eyes to God’s creation.

The Godly Play room is on the lower level of the church building, across from the nursery, and class takes place during the Christian Education hour (9:30-10:20 a.m., September-May).
