Ra Cunningham and Meg Janucik, parishioners and certified yoga instructors, will offer Hatha Yoga classes from 10:00 11:30 a.m. in the parish hall. The classes are designed for men and women of all experience levels. The cost is $10 a class and we hope to have a minimum of 6 people to make a class. Please bring a yoga mat and any desired props (blankets, blocks, or straps are optional!)  Sign up for yoga by contacting Audi Barlow at spivybarlow@aol.com or calling the church office at 979-6354. If childcare is desired, please inquire about availability. (Sorry, drop-in childcare will NOT be available.) Bring a friend and enjoy time to stretch and relax your body and mind.
