The Washington National Cathedral and Episcopal Diocese of Washington are holding the 29th National Acolyte Festival on Saturday, October 11, 2008.  It will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a Festival service and procession of each church’s acolytes, followed by a lunch and a variety of workshops.  A group from St. Paul’s, Ivy went three years ago and had a wonderful time!  Everyone is welcome; you don’t have to be an acolyte or verger to attend.  Details can be found here.  For additional information or to register, contact Tim Tolson.
