This form of contemplative prayer invites the practitioner to the deep rest to be found in God’s first language, silence. Together the group discusses our individual practices, and then prays silently for 20-25 minutes. In this space of time dedicated to being completely present to God, the contemplative discovers a path to peace. If interested, please contact Debbie Scott for a short introduction to centering prayer and the Zoom meeting ID.
