Contemplative Prayer invites the practitioner to the deep rest which can be found in God’s first language: silence. Together the group discusses our individual practices, and then prays silently for 20-25 minutes. In this space of time dedicated to being completely present to God, the contemplative discovers a path to peace. Led by Fr. Rick Lord, Contemplative Prayer is held on the first Monday of each month via Zoom, and is followed by Compline.

Compline meets weekly on Wednesday evenings at 8:00pm, as well as on the first Monday of the month following Contemplative Prayer. Held on Zoom, Compline is led by Deacon Bill Joyner and features prayers, music listening, and a reading of the Song of Simeon.
