Music at St. Paul’s, Ivy enhances worship each Sunday at the 10:30 a.m. service. The Adult Choir is accompanied by Director of Music, Alice Layman or Associate Organist/Choir Director James Sivley on our wonderful Schoenstein organ.

As part of its music ministry, the choir presents two Choral Evensongs each year, preceeded by a prelude of organ music. A masterwork, such as Faure’s Requiem, Handal’s Messiah or Vivaldi’s Gloria is periodically incorporated into a service, complete with soloists and instrumentalists.  Every second Sunday at 5:30 p.m. a Celtic Eucharist  is celebrated at St. Paul’s, Ivy, which incorporates music for contemplation.
