Hi Mary,
Denise Foster and I are planning a baby shower for August 12 (for
Tiffany Tolson). We are planning to have it at my house. Just in case
there are many more yes responses that anticipated, could we reserve
the parish hall as a backup location? Saturday, August 12 from maybe 1
to about 6 (shower itself 3-5). And it there is already a wedding or
something, well, we will manage here!

Set up 8 rounds with 8 chairs each
Hi Mary,
Sorry for the late email. Allison and I were wonderingif the Parish Hall would be available this Friday, Sept 22nd for us to host our school event Muffins with Mom?
The event is from 11:00am- 12pm, and originally we were going to host from our school classrooms, but we are realizing that with our school’s larger size this year it makes more sense to utilize the Parish Hall if available?
One more question, if this were to work out, is the Parish Hall available Thursday, Sept 21st in the afternoon/evening for event set up?
Thank you, Melissa
