Music is an integral part of our worship at St. Paul’s Ivy. We strive for a musical life in which all can participate fully, that draws deeply from its roots and that branches out to “sing a new song.” Our music is supported by our Schoenstein pipe organ, installed in 2005.
Our 10:30 a.m. Sunday service includes hymns and anthems and the Parish Choir, Youth Choir and Children’s Choir sing throughout the school year.

We’ve Called our New Director of Music Ministries
After a lengthy and thorough search process St. Paul’s, Ivy is happy to announce the calling of our new Director of Music Ministries, Mitchell R. Weisiger. Mitch is a native of Richmond and has extensive music ministry experience in a wide range of Christian denominations, most recently serving as Director of Music Ministries at Raleigh Court Presbyterian Church in Roanoke. A graduate of Westminster Choir College, Mitch is not only a highly accomplished organist and pianist, but also a very talented vocalist and choir director.
We are excited about all that Mitch brings with him to our parish: his talent, vision, enthusiasm, creativity, and deep faithfulness. We look forward to Mitch’s first Sunday at St. Paul’s, Ivy, March 5, and hope you’ll be there to help us welcome him to his new parish home.
