On Saturday, October 1 and Saturday, October 15, we’ll be mixing it up and sending mystery guests to mystery hosts’ homes for dinner! You’ll be able to participate on the date that works best for you. It’ll be a great way to meet and get to know others from our parish family.

Here’s how it works:
You decide if you want to be a guest and go to a house for dinner or serve as a host and have a dinner at your house. Complete the appropriate form, which will allow you to designate needs and preferences (number of children you will bring if you are a guest, whether you can accommodate children if you are a host, any food allergies, time limits, etc.). We secretly put together the dinner parties and take all the requirements into consideration when matching guests up with hosts.

The guests will get an email on Saturday afternoon on the day of the dinner. There will only be an address – don’t peak at the directory or google the name – just the address! The hosts know how many people are coming to dinner, but don’t know who is coming until they show up in the driveway. Hosts will decide the type of dinner party they want to have. It can be a casual barbecue, a tailgate-type party, a themed party, or even elegant; small or larger; inside or outside; families or adults. Be creative and have fun planning! All events will begin at 6:00 p.m. Hosts provide the meal, and guests bring a beverage to share. Bon Appétit!
